ABOUT TIDE
EVERYTHING WE DO BEGINS WITH COMPASSION AND CARE.
About Tide
We take the time to truly listen – because everybody tells a story, and understanding yours helps us respond with empathy, respect, and genuine connection.

We believe that lasting results come from collaboration—between practitioner and patient, and within the wider wellness community. Healing is rarely a solo journey, and together, we can achieve stronger, more sustainable outcomes.
Our work is grounded in integrity. Honesty, professionalism, and accountability shape every decision and every treatment. You can trust that our approach is guided by evidence, experience, and your best interests at heart.
Through education and empowerment, we help you understand your body and feel confident in supporting it. Our goal is not just to treat pain, but to give you the tools and knowledge to move, live, and thrive well into the future.
At our core, we embrace holistic health—looking beyond symptoms to address the whole person. By restoring balance and function, we support the body’s natural ability to heal and find harmony.
And above all, Tide Osteo is about community and connection. We’ve created a welcoming space where people feel seen, supported, and part of something meaningful—a place where movement meets mindfulness, and care runs deep.

Senior Osteopath
Dr Zachary Foote
I have always been deeply passionate about the medical and allied health fields, and upon discovering osteopathy, I recognised it as the ideal path for me. I am fascinated by the intricate connection between the mind and body and how this relationship significantly impacts overall health and wellbeing. In my practice, I employ a variety of manual therapy techniques, tailoring my approach to each patient’s needs, whether firm or gentle. Additionally, I integrate dry needling and cupping when deemed suitable and appropriate.
I completed my studies at Victoria University, earning a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Health Science in Osteopathy. After gaining valuable life and professional experience in Melbourne, I have chosen to continue my journey in Adelaide. Originally I am from the Whitsundays up in North Queensland, so it is safe to say that I am excited to once again be close to some beautiful beaches. If you know of any hidden gems be sure to let me know!
I would say I’m definitely a “chatterbox,” so if you were to ask about my hobbies, my answer would most likely be spending time catching up with friends, whether in person or over FaceTime. Building meaningful friendships is an important part of my life, and I’m excited to continue that here in Adelaide.

Capri
Hi, I’m Capri! I work at Tide Osteo’s reception, and I love meeting new people and helping everyone feel welcome as soon as they walk through the door. One of my favourite things about working here is being part of such a great team.
When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll usually find me playing the piano or enjoying some time at the beach. I love bringing positive energy to everything I do, and I’m always happy to help you have the best experience at Tide Osteo.
